2026 AGM Motions

To increase annual subscriptions by £10.00 – total £35.00 per annum and to make the life member fee £10.00 per annum commencing January 2027 – proposed by Mr Metland and seconded by Mr Tutte -  Motion carried

To increase the joining fee to £50.00 – this would mean new applicants would make payment of £50.00 plus the annual subscription of £35.00 – totalling £85.00 – proposed by Mr Metland and seconded by Mr Griffiths -  Motion carried

To re-instate food during the lunchtime period – rolls/sandwiches – proposed by Mr Sargeant and seconded by Mr Raven - Not carried (this motion represented three people)
