Advance Notice of Change to Annual Renewal Subscription Dates

Currently renewal notices and forms are prepared mid November. Members/life members have from that time until 31st January the following year to renew. It is worth remembering that the membership year runs from 1st January each year to 31st December of that year, which has given members/life members one month's grace during January.

With effect January 2027, we will just have one month to carry out renewals. This will be from 1st January 2027 until 31st January 2027, and each year thereafter.

Any renewals not carried out within that timescale does mean that membership will be lost. There will be no exceptions.

It should also be borne in mind that we no longer forward reminder letters.

As notified in November 2022 reminder letters are no longer forwarded). Should you have any queries please put this in writing for the attention of Angela Gillet - The staff may not be able to assist with queries for membership. There is no charge for life members but a completed form is required. To clarify life membership - Life membership is applicable once a full ten years have been completed as a member and you will be 65 years old (no part years are applicable)
