Renewal Information

The membership year runs from 1st January each year until 31st December - however, we do allow one months grace therefore members/life members need to renew on or before 31st January each year. Renewal forms are produced mid November, and it is advertised on Facebook and in house notice boards therefore if you have not renewed by 31st January – membership/life membership is lost. There are no exceptions to this as it is felt that there is ample time for renewals to be made.

Membership renewal forms are now placed on the shelf opposite the entrance to the club for completion. Once you have completed the form please take it to a member of staff with full payment - You will then be issued with a receipt - Members will receive a receipt for £25.00 (current renewal fee) and life members will receive a zero receipt (please retain the receipt indefinitely in case of a query)

(As notified in November 2022 reminder letters are no longer forwarded). Should you have any queries please put this in writing for the attention of Angela Gillet - The staff may not be able to assist with queries for membership. There is no charge for life members but a completed form is required. To clarify life membership - Life membership is applicable once a full ten years have been completed as a member and you will be 65 years old (no part years are applicable)

Closing date for renewal is 31st January 2026. Your fob will disconnect after this date.

If you believe you should now be a life member please ask a member of staff to check your joining date on the member list they hold behind the bar.

Should you not renew prior to 31st January 2026 - your membership will be revoked - The committee advise that regretfully there will be no exceptions.
