Advance Notice of Change to Annual Renewal Subscription Dates

Currently, renewal notices and forms are prepared mid-November when members/life members have from that time until 31st January the following year to renew – it is worth remembering that the membership year runs from 1st January each year to 31st December of that year – which has given members/life members one month's grace during January.

With effect January 2027, we will just have one month to carry out renewals – this will be from 1st January 2027 until 31st January 2027 and each year thereafter.

Any renewals not carried out within that timescale does mean that membership will be lost – there will be no exceptions.

It should also be borne in mind that we no longer forward reminder letters.
