AGM For Malling Town Club

The AGM will take place on Sunday 26th April commencing 10am – no entry permitted after 10am

The club will be closed for the duration of the AGM – anticipated opening time is approximately 1pm

The bar will not be open during the AGM but each attendee will be given two drink tokens valid for that day only

The accounts are on display on the in-house notice board – they should not be removed from club premises

There is no voting by proxy – only attendees may vote whilst on premises
